Work placement at the Ellimatta Youth Centre – Kinglake Work Placement

If you are a Year 10 student or engaged in a community services VET program you just might be interested in a work placement opportunity with us!!  In your work placement you will get great insight into the youth services/community services field and work with some truly passionate and dedicated Youth Workers.

The Ellimatta Youth Centre is open three days per week and we run a range of programs especially for youth aged 10 – 25:

• Skill development,
• Holiday programs,
• Life skills,
• Drop in programs,
• Homework programs,
• Recreation and leisure events,
• Arts programs,
• Other programs that support young people’s participation and engagement,
• The development of leadership skills.

We also run fundraising projects such as our very first Fun Run to be held on October 9th 2016.  So you might even be interested in Event Management and Marketing.  We host and update our own website and actively participate in social media.
